included therein or exclude from the Municipality any

part or parts of the Colony theretofore included therein

and may by such resolution make such incidental,

consequential or supplementary provisions with regard to

administrative, financial, judicial or other arrangementa

as appear necessary or proper for the purpose of giving

full effect to such resolution and, without prejudice to

the generality of the foregoing provision, may provide for

(i) the abolition or establishment or the restriction

or extension of the jurisdiction or operation of

any public body or service in or over any part of

the area affected by the resolution;

(ii) the designation of any altered or additional area;

(iii) the adjustment or alteration of the boundaries of

any area affected and for the constitution and

election of public bodies in the area;

(iv) the future functions or area of jurisdiction of

any public body or service or public officers

(including police officers) within the area

affected and for the costs and expenses of such

public bodies or services or afficers;

(v) determination of the status of any area affected

as a component part of the Municipality; extension to

altered or included or excluded area of the

provisions of any enactment not theretofore in force

in such area, or exclusion from the application of

such an enactment to any part of any altered or

included or excluded area to which it previously

applied.

(2) A resolution made under this section may, 4.5

regards any area affected by such resolution, contain such

incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may

be deemed necessary for

(a) the division or redivision of the area into

electoral divisions or wards, the constitution
